Based in Leeds, Warranties 2000 are unlike other warranty companies, the Group has been operating continuously for over 30 years and have not only retained accounts from the commencement of business in 1984 but also many members of staff. Currently, they administer warranty programmes for some of the most respected names in the industry. 

Approach

After being successfully awarded the rebrand and digital project, FDP arranged a number of discovery sessions with key stakeholders of the warranties team. This insight was invaluable and we quickly gained a true understanding of their current situation and the direction Warranties 2000 were heading. FDP were then able to plan the next stages in full confidence the rebrand would be positively received by both the client and their customers.
